Imagination Flexi Promo 45 (1987)｜ Other Products

This flexible promotional 45 (flexi disc) dates to 1987 and is associated with the Instinctual album era by Imagination.
Issued as a thin, magazine-insert style flexi disc, the record was produced as a promotional item by RCA Records. Rather than a standard commercial single, the disc contains a spoken promotional message connected to the album campaign, functioning as a marketing tool rather than a retail release.
Flexi discs of this type were typically distributed in limited quantities, often inserted into magazines or circulated for promotional purposes, and were not intended for long-term durability. As such, surviving examples in good condition are less common than standard vinyl pressings.
This copy originates from the collection of the late John Knarr (who was a close friend of Victor’s)
