The True TRCB-48-HC is energy efficient in keeping its contents cold due to the high density, polyurethane insulation of the entire cabinet structure and drawer facings. The exterior consists of a stainless-steel front, top, and ends with a matching aluminum finished back. The cabinet top is all one powerful piece of heavy-duty, reinforced 300 series stainless steel with a drip resistant "V" edge. The two stainless-steel drawers are fitted with 12" long recessed handles and a sheet metal interlock to ensure attachment. The steel drawer slides and magnetic gaskets are easily removable for quick cleaning. Each drawer can accommodate one full size food pan. The food pans are sold separately, but if you're buying this unit from us you might as well purchase some of our lovely food pans as well! The interior features an NSF approved clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless-steel floor. The stainless-steel floor is not just for speedy cleaning, but this design prevents the danger of harmful bacteria that will reside at the bottom of the refrigerator from accumulating. No one likes nasty bacteria in their refrigerators -- especially if you're in the food service industry.

The condensing unit is accessed from behind the side grill, which slides out for easy maintenance. The self-contained refrigeration system runs on environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and uses a capillary tube system. The factory engineered refrigeration system uses 1/5 hp compressor with guided airflow to provide uniform temperature in the cabinet interior. This forced air design regulates temperatures between 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit -- the perfect temperature for your cool ingredients.
